This Privacy Policy, which also serves as our notice under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“PDPA”), explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you visit gtmpe.com (the “Website”) or contact us.

Information you provide to us. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we may collect:

- your company name and job title, if provided; and
- the content of your message, including any drawings, specifications or other files you send us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our web server automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only to operate and secure the Website.

6. Third-Party Services
The Website may load fonts from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google. When this happens, Google may receive your IP address. The Website also contains links to our Facebook page and WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us through these platforms, your use of them is governed by their own privacy policies.

The Website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of technical data that is necessary for the Website to function properly, such as data used to display menus and pop-up windows.
